We treat majority of the population whether you have private health insurance or not. Generally you do not need a referral to see a Physiotherapist unless you have EPC referral from your doctor.

We use a digital platform called Medipass where you don't need to use a card to process payments. All we do is send an invoice to your phone which you have to approve, put in your private health insurance details, bank details and transfer the funds across. Alternatively, you can pay the amount in full and then claim back via your respective health insurer.

We have the capacity to take clients after hours such as weekends- this is useful if you've had an injury and cant leave your home or all other Physiotherapy clinics are closed. Please keep in mind that this may not always be available depending on when you made the call and what the Physiotherapist is doing at that particular time.
