Also known as Chronic Disease management Plan/Enhance Primary Care program. This is a referral given to you by your GP to see a Physiotherapist. There is a limit of 5 sessions per calendar year.

 

There is a benefit of $56 dollars to your treatment and you will have to cover the gap. Please call to enquire about EPC sessions.
