Denis Riabov - Director
------ Physiotherapist
I`m a qualified and a AHPRA registered Physiotherapist. I graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Physiotherapy Practice and also undertook 2 years of Exercise and Sport Science Degree at Deakin University. I went on to work for a private and public entities for 4 years where I developed extensive knowledge working with a variety of clientele. This includes NDIS clients with complex disabilities, athletes, aged care, TAC, WorkCover and the general population. I enjoy treating a variety of conditions and clients ranging from NDIS disability to post surgery rehabilitation and through to musculoskeletal disorders and sport injuries. I take pride in my work in helping people achieve their goals. Goals can be improving functional capacity, strength, mobility through to fine tuning motor skills, coordination, balance and injury prevention/management. Outside of work you can find me outdoors, keeping fit at the gym and hiking with my dog, Obie the Vizsla. Since graduating, I have completed a number of extra-curricular courses to help you achieve your best results. These include dry needling, Pilates, sport courses, hip, knee, ankle and shoulder courses. As a professional requirement, Physiotherapists are required to partake in 20 hours of professional practice every year and hence more courses are added to the list. If you have a special need, please enquire to see if we are trained in the specific area you are after.
