What's Involved

No matter what niggle you have, we assess your muscle strength, endurance, balance and functional movement pattern. Based on the findings, we address the deficits through various muscle activation techniques using resistance bands, body weight and gym based exercises. All exercise programs are tailored to the individual and their unique circumstances.

Who is it for

Strength training benefits everyone- whether you are an office worker with muscle imbalances, need post-surgical rehabilitation, athlete returning to sport or have knee osteoarthritis and want to get better and stronger. In fact, we promote strength training for all ages no matter how fit/unfit you are, as long you are guided through the process by an experienced Physiotherapist.

 

We have a range of equipment so that you can perform the correct exercises for your needs. Alternatively, we can perform sessions at your local gym and hydrotherapy pool.
