Physiotherapy at PhysioDen

Our Role
We are health care professionals trained in improving the way the body moves and functions. We use evidence based techniques to diagnose and help with a wide range of health conditions and musculoskeletal disorders so that you can get back to being your best.
What should I expect from a Physiotherapy session
During your initial consultation, your physiotherapist will begin by discussing your current injury in detail. This includes asking a series of relevant questions to gain a thorough understanding of the nature and history of your condition—an essential first step in the assessment process.
Following this, a comprehensive physical examination will be conducted. This may involve guided movements, as well as muscle and joint assessments, to identify any functional limitations or areas of concern.
Based on the findings of both the interview and physical assessment, your physiotherapist will develop and apply an evidence-based treatment plan tailored specifically to your condition and rehabilitation goals.
