What to expect in a Physiotherapy session

You will be greeted by your physiotherapist who will ask you a number of relevant questions surrounding you current injury- this is a crucial aspect in the consultation where we begin to understand the nature of the condition. This will be followed by a physical examination/assessment where you will be asked to perform certain movement, muscle and joint assessments. Based on the findings, the Physiotherapist will apply the correct treatment modalities that are suitable to your condition.
