At Physio Den, we offer physiotherapy services to aged care clients who are receiving home care packages through their providers. We understand the importance of maintaining mobility and independence as you age, and are here to support you in achieving those goals, whether that means visiting you in the comfort of your own home or seeing you at our clinic located in Clyde North.

If you have a home care package through your provider, we can arrange for our to attend to you at home, providing personalised care and rehabilitation in a familiar environment. Alternatively, if it's more convenient for you to come to our clinic, we welcome you to attend and receive treatment at our state-of-the-art facility in Clyde North.

To get started, please provide us with the contact details of your home care provider. With this information, we will reach out to them to organise your sessions and ensure everything is set up for you. We are happy to handle all the communication with your provider so that you don’t have to worry about the details, allowing you to focus on your health and recovery.

There is no cost for this service, as it’s covered under your home care package. We are committed to making physiotherapy accessible and affordable for those in need, ensuring that you receive the care you deserve without any additional financial burden.
